Cameo
I’ve made a small cameo appearance, Hitchcock style, in one of my latest projects.
I’ve tried before and received feedback along the lines of, “can we remove the strange bearded guy in the background”.
Maybe this time I’ll make it through…

Here are a few posters I put together for local arts and media event The Space. Loads of fun…
It’s that time of year again isn’t it? Art shows everywhere. Well… around here anyway.
Boxbird‘s festival show this year is based on travel, and I’ve just managed to squeeze this one in before fatherhood takes hold of my life and ruins all my paintbrushes.
This is my first watercolour piece since I left college over 10 years ago. The black line is indian ink, but the background is complete watercolour wash, full of happy little accidents.
The show is running throughout May, with the private view on Thursday, May 6th at 6.30. Email Alice to get yourself on the guest list. Details here.

The show opens this Thursday, 22nd April and is running until 4th May. The private view will be held on the evening of the 22nd April. Email Transmission if you’d like to attend, and I’ll see you there. Check out the exhibition website for more details and for a speak peek at all the work on display.
I don’t often go in for competitions, but I couldn’t resist this one.
